Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable glycerin. Contains soy.

FREE OF: Υeast, wheat and dairy products, artificial preservatives, flavors, colors.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
