A combination of plants with mild sedative action to treat insomnia and improve sleep quality. It does not cause addiction and side effects.
The basic properties of the contents of plants:
Valerian - Valerian: Calming, hypnotic, sedative.
Wild Lettuce - Laktouka: A mild sedative, reduces anxiety.
Hops - Hops: A mild sedative, hypnotic.
Passiflora - passionflower: Mild sedative, anxiolytic.
Vervain - verbena: A mild sedative.

Active Ingredients/ tablet:
Valerian extr. 5:1 equiv.to 180mg (Valeriana officinalis)
Wild Lettuce extr. 5:1 equiv. to 90mg (Lactuca Virosa L.)
Passiflora extr. 5:1 equiv. to 90mg (Passiflora incarnata)
PULV.Vervain 60 mg (Verbena officianalis)
PULV.Hops 30mg (Çumulus Lupus)
Adults: Two tablets just before bedtime. Elderly: Same dosage for adults. Children: Not recommended.
