Chromium is an essential trace mineral that comes in several different varieties, most commonly as polynicotinate or picolinate. Chromium picolinate is the form, which is the most bio available. The body needs chromium for normal growth, health and well-being. Chromium helps your body use sugar properly. It is also needed for the breakdown of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. For people who are unable to get enough chromium in their regular diet or who have a need for more chromium, chromium supplements may be necessary.

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Can be increased to two tablets if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
