Red Yeast Rice has been a part of the traditional Chinese diet for centuries and is the by-product of the fermentation of cooked rice combined with Monascus purpureus yeast.
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules up to two times daily, with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
